Hello everyone, I am 35 years old and have always been overweight. I tried to lose weight for a very long time, tried many diets and drugs, but nothing helped me, because I always loved to eat deliciously. My weight was about 300 pounds and I had to do something about it. With each attempt and failure, my hands dropped more and more. But then I found this is the best thing that happened to me in my life. In a month and a half, I lost almost 100 pounds without exhausting training and with a not-so-healthy diet. In another month I lost almost 60 pounds. Now I weigh 135 pounds and I am incredibly happy. Now I feel loved and needed. My relatives began to look at me in a completely different way, without a feeling of pity. I finally found my soul mate. I hope this method will help other people with weight loss problems.
