Non-scale victory of the week!

Well my mouth infection kept me from eating any bad food for a week and a half while it healed up - also had me on a liquid diet. I've noticed that even now that I'm recovered I automatically eat slowly and small portions.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not much - I just wanted to get through the week!

I took some progress pics and I'm pretty happy with them.

I snuck a lot of little bits of things. Those add up.

I'm sick again so I'm going to the doctor this morning. I really need to be strict with my health because im not feelings my best all the time.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I got sick with bronchitis but instead of using it as an excuse to binge on junk food I used it as a motivation to eat as many healthy foods as possible to fuel myself to recovery.

Gotten more sleep.
