Non-scale victory of the week!

I was sick, under the weather and I seemed to have eaten pretty well. I also didn't go out for Friendsgiving to stay healthy!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drank more water and gotten on my bike, stretched more, or done weights while sitting.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to my 1st Pilates class. I also made it to Livestrong on Tuesday, where I did a regular and knee plank! My sides hurt a bit the next day, but hey, I did it!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Made it to the gym or exercised at home, even though Livestrong was on Spring Break. Also, should have eaten more meals.
