Today I begin a new Nutrition and Physical Activities Program (HMR Diet). My goal is to eat/drink 2 additional Meal Replacements each day for a Quick Start!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Thanks for your game Stacy, I'm going to join your next one (on me)!!! CONGRATS to all who won & completed this game! So this DietBet game was a NSV for me. Even though others who won posted their congrats, I wanted to post this DietBet notice, "unfortunately your final weigh-in...did not qualify" to win in the pot. This is because: 1) I must give myself a pat on the back because I stuck with the game til the end! 2) With my medical issues I actually gained during the game (+ 2 lbs) above my start weight & worked my way down (- 4 lbs). That means I lost 6 pounds, YAY! 3) Also, I interacted on the board & posted my completed challenges of a few of Stacy's challenges. 4) I analyzed my nutrition & fitness and began making improvements. 5) Lastly, another NSV for me is that, I end this game, loving myself & feeling more proud of my positive feelings for continuing my progress towards my healthier living journey!!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

On Sunday, Dec. 15, 2019 I tied a 37-38in. WAISTBEADS, right below my thorax. I made my 1st one which included 2 lotus flowers, African beads for clarity, Ethiopian beads, and a cross!

to keep going! Cook at least 1 healthy meal each week. eat at least 1 hmr meal a week. even though I joined the Livestrong program, i didn't take full advantage of it and actually gained weight. now that the program is over I'll have til Aug. 1st to restart my YMCA membership. my goal is to keep doing things at home and outside before rejoining the Y.
