to keep going! Cook at least 1 healthy meal each week. eat at least 1 hmr meal a week. even though I joined the Livestrong program, i didn't take full advantage of it and actually gained weight. now that the program is over I'll have til Aug. 1st to restart my YMCA membership. my goal is to keep doing things at home and outside before rejoining the Y.

I got my medical clearance to do the Livestrong program at the YMCA!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started eating before 10am. Oh my goodness, this week has not been the best. It's been record breaking temps here and it seems as thougg most of what I eat comes out in not so fun ways.

Exercised.

Exercise for 10 minutes min. every day. Stretch because my lower back hurts and I can barely bend to my toes. Eat healthier! Maybe try the GSC for the week.

I walked up 3 short flights of stairs to see fireworks with my partner tonight! Washed dishes. Drank water.

Meal planning. Eating breakfast before 11:45am. Actually walked around my block once!

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I haven't been under 200 lbs in about 10 years. So figuring out how to move past the medical things and taking my health back for the better!
