to keep going! Cook at least 1 healthy meal each week. eat at least 1 hmr meal a week. even though I joined the Livestrong program, i didn't take full advantage of it and actually gained weight. now that the program is over I'll have til Aug. 1st to restart my YMCA membership. my goal is to keep doing things at home and outside before rejoining the Y.
