Non-scale victory of the week!

Stuck with my new lower calorie goal. It was challenging because I still felt hungry but at this point, I’d done everything possible to get out my plateau and this was the last step.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Made it to the gym on my rest days to make up for the fact that I couldn’t work out on two normal exercise days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I snacked a little more than I should have. I found some healthy versions of sweet treats and ate a little more than I needed to.
