What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

This month is going to be a very hard start for a diet bet. After second guessing if I should start I decided it will help keep me accountable. -Easter Break -School Potluck -4 day trip to Tennessee -Bachelorette party in Nashville That's a lot of temptations in 1 month!
