Non-scale victory of the week!

I went over to some friend's house and they told me they could tell I'd lost weight- felt great!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still need to excersise more, so more consistency there and not eating so late.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to zip up and comfortably wear a jacket a size lower than the size I normally buy- also took my daughter to the carnival and resisted all that carnival food!

Working out consistently is still a struggle :(

Sticking to keto and resisting temptations when we went out to eat at Chili's after my daughter's soccer game
