Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel as if I could be losing more faster. I'm frustrated and sad, and honestly thinking the scale has to be wrong. I don't know how it can be but im still scared that when i go ro the nutritionist my weight will be as high as it was.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm starving today, but I didn't get my calories in yesterday so i need to be very careful today to not over eat.

Be easier on myself, not be so hard on myself. Understand that I'm human and I make mistakes, and whe I do just start over and do better than the day before.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Non scale victory this week would be the extreme stress that ive been dealing with and not taking my feeling out with sweets. Yes, I've had a few sweets but nothing like i would normally.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not let so much get to me. I'm working on emotional control and it is a long process.

I've resisted so many of my old habits, I am now only eating 3 meals and no pepsi in over a week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could habe exercised a little even just a walk, having issues with my left knee but will be having surgery soon.
