I feel as if I could be losing more faster. I'm frustrated and sad, and honestly thinking the scale has to be wrong. I don't know how it can be but im still scared that when i go ro the nutritionist my weight will be as high as it was.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I'm starving today, but I didn't get my calories in yesterday so i need to be very careful today to not over eat.
