Parkour bootcamp may have broken me but going again today!! Proud of myself! It is very hard!!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I lose Motivation easily, even when I am doing well! I find I do NOT have a strong support system in place. I am tired of this vicious weight circle of ups and downs!
