Non-scale victory of the week!
I won't weigh in until Sunday and I'll try to get good meals and excercise in before then especially over the weekend
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I'm doing okay honestly, I'm proud of myself and my rate of progress. I will do a couple 2 a days a week at least 3x and work my way up to 4x weekly
