Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My meal time around work! My job takes money out of my paycheck to go towards eating within their facilities! I can either eat there at the small time frames or spend extra money buying my own food. It works this way due to me being single and not married. I also really enjoy snacking and am hard to resist temptation
