Non-scale victory of the week!

I did meal prep. I exercised 3 x 1 hour.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat mom's cooking in moderation. When mom only cooks fried noodles or fried rice, take only 0.25 plate and add protein + vege on my own so I do not end up eating 1 plate of white carbohydrates.

I resisted eating as much as usual. I tried my best to keep at my recommended calorie intake of 1200 a day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating much less junk food, I really need to strive to eat in moderation. Keep in mind why I am on this journey & quit thinking I'll start from scratch tomorrow.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Started Sunday well. Joined Dietbet! Made tuna salad. Detoxed with laxatives and a detox drink. I'm already 0.7kg lighter than when I weighed in this morning.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

At work, I could have avoided mindless eating, especially with carbs and proteins. At home, I could have made healthier choices. Although I do walk 20k steps a day, it's something I've done all my life, meaning to up the ante either I need to take more steps or burn more calories with other exercise.
