Non-scale victory of the week!

My son had donut holes from his dads house and I didn’t eat one! Donuts are my weakness. We had a pizza party at work and I limited myself way more than normal!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have watched my macros better last week.

I went to Tim Hortons and ordered breakfast without ordering a donut for the first time in months. I also didn’t even take a sip of my fiancé’s coke!

I went over calories a few days. I need to learn to eat helwthier lower calorie snacks.

I don’t have any non-scale victories. Feeling pretty terrible about myself right now. I have been lacking total motivation and have put back on about 20lbs since December. Hoping this DietBet can kickstart my butt in gear!
