Non-scale victory of the week!

Feeling more confident and seeing more muscle come through.. Which I hope is the reason for the scale increase

Not drinking alcohol when I went to a concert

I could have done a lot of things better.. I didn't meal prep or really exercise much. But I'm also sick and on my period, so I did what I could.. Mostly just walking the dog

Meal prep for sure as this is my biggest challenge. Go to yoga and run, even though I feel like crap.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was alright with my exercise and sleep goals for last week, but I still have to prep for this week and didn't at all for last week. Plus this weekend I had wayyyyyy too much alcohol. I need to be able to say no when having a good time.

Same as last week.. Exercise 5 days, at least 7 hours of sleep and meal prep. Plus be good this weekend with alcohol, even though I'm standing up in a wedding on Saturday.
