I did well for about 95% of the week. I had a rough chunk of days at the end. I let myself go and make some bad choices, but each day is new and fresh and I won't let it stop me from the 4% weight loss or the prize moneies. I had vegetables and meat but I also had ?? and ??. Do better, Dana. You future body is depending on you.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
The end of the week. With day two and three of night shift work. Choose the options brought. Do not backslide and give in to temptation all around.
