Non-scale victory of the week!

Home life is wonderful because I haven't had to work. I was supposed to start working out. I didn't. The rain kept me inside away from yard work and walking I wanted to do.

Eat better. Work out. My sleep has been fantastic!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Non scale victory. I was better at home. Didn't argue as much. Kids had a great week. Husband took off work so that we could make it to see my grandma post surgery. That meant the world to me.

Probably less snacking. I have another diet bet with 5 pounds to lose.

My 2nd chin seems to be slimming down some.

I could have had cleaner eating and not touched the cereal. Meal prep could have been better

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did well for about 95% of the week. I had a rough chunk of days at the end. I let myself go and make some bad choices, but each day is new and fresh and I won't let it stop me from the 4% weight loss or the prize moneies. I had vegetables and meat but I also had ?? and ??. Do better, Dana. You future body is depending on you.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The end of the week. With day two and three of night shift work. Choose the options brought. Do not backslide and give in to temptation all around.

I I've started to eat better as of April 2nd. I have walked twice in the last couple days and hope that I can have a 4 times a week exercise regiment. I do not sleep very much.
