Non-scale victory of the week!

We have some family issues going on right now. I’ve made it through the last few weeks without getting completely off the rails. I haven’t done my best, but haven’t completely given up.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have eaten better and worked out more often.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals are t start over with my eating plan, work out daily, and get at least 8 hours of sleep per night. Also get my water in.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I decided to take the week of the 4th off from dieting. I allowed myself whatever I wanted. I was able to get right back on my diet the next week and come back stronger than before!

Nothing. I did pretty well.

Went shopping at the mall with my daughter and the food didn’t even look tempting to me.

I need to work out more. My diet is on point, but my workouts are seriously lacking.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went back to work on Thursday last week even though I was in pain with a broken ankle. I pushed through and did what I needed to do!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a cheat day yesterday for Father’s Day with my hubby. I probably could’ve done without that!

I am following the meal plans from Lady Boss Lifeatyle. My goal is to cook them all and stay on plan all week. I would also like to get exercise in 3-4 days even with my broke ankle.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I injured my ankle pretty bad this past Friday. I can hardly walk on it. Instead of using it as an excuse to give up I have kept on my diet and am working hard to get better so I can get back into my workout routine!

Work out more. Need to heal my ankle.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started a new diet/exercise program called Lady Boss. It is full of women who encourage and uplift one another and comes with a daily menu and workout schedule! I haven’t been this excited about something in awhile!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a cheat day for my birthday/Anniversary. I probably could have done without that.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I bought my first pair of pants since starting diet bet and I am down 2 sizes!! I fit the new size comfortably too, no squeezing in!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I went out of town last Fri, Sat, and Sun. Upon arriving at the hotel there was no fridge or microwave which completely threw my diet off because I had brought all my food for the weekend. I know I could have chosen better, but I threw caution to the wind and completely just gave up on the diet for the weekend and it screwed me up for the whole week. Lesson learned though, won’t do that again!!

Stick with my diet, trying to do the Keto thing so I’m going to try to lower carbs and get in more good fats and see how I can do with Keto. If I can’t figure it out I’m going to stick with what I’ve been doing because it seems to be working.
