Non-scale victory of the week!
We have some family issues going on right now. I’ve made it through the last few weeks without getting completely off the rails. I haven’t done my best, but haven’t completely given up.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have eaten better and worked out more often.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goals are t start over with my eating plan, work out daily, and get at least 8 hours of sleep per night. Also get my water in.
