Non-scale victory of the week!

didn't undereat because of depression!!! made sure to get 8 hours of sleep!!!

I'm going to continue being consistent. I felt a little discouraged because I'm not seeing strides of movement in weight loss but my daughter showed me a picture of myself from back in September and wow what a difference!!!! I was amazed!
