On Thursday I was really stressed about work but instead of eating junk food I really recognized it and used other coping strategies I took a short nap and I started making a todo list And I ended up doing a great job of work for the day
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could’ve listened to my body more and taken a well deserved rest day from the gym
