I got a couple of new tops for Mother’s Day in a smaller size!

I could’ve done better resisting temptations, especially on Mother’s Day.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve continued to improve my diet and haven’t really had anything I would consider a slip up. I managed to work out every day except Sunday. My workout pants fell off me some as I was running. I’m increasing the intervals of running I have during each of my walks.

Not really much I could’ve improved on.

I worked out every day! I was tired the first few days but I can already feel myself have extra energy!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My eating. It was a huge improvement over my normal diet, but I can do better.
