I have gained weight in last few years...and have been always chubby. I want to be a size 8 :)I think i need to see myself as thin! I been listening to Law of Attraction ideas the last six months....you have to believe and ask for what you want.

Non-scale victory of the week!

consistently eating lots of veggies mostly my am omelettes. I am resisting most temptations....like f eating out

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am not drinking enough water. I slip a few more almonds and niece bday party. I am tired this week. I feel swollen.

Going to las vegas and need to stay focused bringing some veggies and oil/vinegar...hope to be good and not drink too much.... this is dreaded hill

I ate a side salad at a restaurant. Made a good option.

Focus on calorie count. Don't exceed 1200 calories and keep on exercising and force water. Keep Positive with Goal in mind.
