I didn't resist temptations but indulged sparingly :) I worked out every day for a week and a half, got into ketosis and killed it on the scale. I'm not at wedding weight but I'm more comfortable in my own skin. I don't feel as much like stuffed sausage lol
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I didnt get enough sleep and towards the end I lpst a little sturture to my diet but not too bad. Half a chocolate pastry and a chai tea that made my Saturday morning didn't outweigh my successes (pun inrended)

I saw I've been averaging less than 5 hours of sleep a night because I've been getting up early for dog walkies. Now my goal is 6.5 hours a night and stay in ketosis a full week!
