Non-scale victory of the week!

I meal prepped and drank water and worked on and I'm exhausted but I hit all my goals for an entire week and made the weight!

kicking things off with a three day cleanse! trying not to be grumpy while I cut out sugar and starch and caffeine but I was down for the initial weigh in from the day I signed up so definitely worth doing

I resisted dq this week :) and finally got my boyfriend onboard with my weightloss efforts. He doesn't know what he's doing but he tries to help

I have been trying to focus on whole foods but some processed crap slipped back in while I wasn't looking.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't resist temptations but indulged sparingly :) I worked out every day for a week and a half, got into ketosis and killed it on the scale. I'm not at wedding weight but I'm more comfortable in my own skin. I don't feel as much like stuffed sausage lol

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didnt get enough sleep and towards the end I lpst a little sturture to my diet but not too bad. Half a chocolate pastry and a chai tea that made my Saturday morning didn't outweigh my successes (pun inrended)

I saw I've been averaging less than 5 hours of sleep a night because I've been getting up early for dog walkies. Now my goal is 6.5 hours a night and stay in ketosis a full week!

I have to find a better way to deal with ice cream cravings. I also need to make time to workout!

Deeeeeep breath and... everything needs improvement but that's not a star goal so what I'll focus on is celebrate choosing me. I want to change how I seen turning done food. So I'm going to dance and actively celebrate my good choices.

Got on the elliptical and ran 4 miles with no pain in my knee

I went to dq and got a peanut buster parfait. I could have not gone got something small

I know even last night I only got 5 hours of sleep so get at least 7.5 hours sleep each night.
