Non-scale victory of the week!

Bought skinny fit ankle pants in like a sea foam green and they looked good! Not like a fat girl squished into pants.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Started working out almost daily again! No progress on the scale yet but my brain feels better :)

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Focus, the killer heat in Florida is slowing me down when it comes to exercise. Stressful end of the year teacher stuff. Being separated and wanting a divorce that I can not have due to his disabilities and his attempt to make me have to pay him monthly .

Get back to drinking water at least 60 oz a day again! Find someway to beat this heat! Most importantly find a way to relax and enjoy being a mom while I only have 1 kid at a time for this week and next. We need some quality time!
