I am actually getting up & working out!!! Feels so good to start my day with s ok me fitness!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have been crushing it the last 2 weeks! Super proud of myself! I am officially not overweight anymore for my height!

Keep my morning workouts going! Start new TRX routine! I am so close to reaching my final goal of landing between 145-148lbs!!! I will definetly hit my goal by the time we leave for DisneyWorld in 18 days!!!! I've got this!

160.5lbs Today. Goal is 157lbs by end of next week. It takes 21 days to form a habit. 34 Days Until Disney World! 12.5lbs to go! I can do this!!!!!!!! This weeks goals are: 1. Get up Early & Workout!!! * Jump rope 5 min daily * Booty Barre 3 Days * Arm Workout 3 days * TRX Sun/T/Th/Sat 2. Less coffee & cream, more tea! 3. Add Lime Water Daily

Non-scale victory of the week!

Feeling great reaching my goal of being more active! 2 Zumba classes in & 3 days of 10 000+ steps a day. Also proud of myself for getting back on & sticking to the Keto train. Feels so good.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have walked more. Could have had less HWC. :/ Could have drank more water.
