I don’t really have any wins this week. My eating has been off the rails!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything! I’m sitting down today to put together my meal plan for next week and my goal is to stick to it. Just need to go one week at a time!

As usual, any week that I take a pass on all of the sweets that come into the office is a non-scale victory!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like there’s got to be a way that I can enjoy a bite of something and not eat the whole thing!

I am working on a game plan to get through Thanksgiving. So far, I’m planning on sticking to the veggies and the turkey with a very small serving of stuffing.

Successfully planning ahead for a meal out and then sticking to that plan!

I could have worked out more. I’m having a really hard time getting that workout in. Now that I have a good grasp on eating well, I’d like to focus on adding exercise in.
