Non-scale victory of the week!

I am meeting my water intake goal daily. I am going to try to do a mild workout this evening. I am 35 hours into my 96 hour fast. I wanted to start off with a good fast so that I could get the benefits of ketosis and autophagy. Then I will move on to eating every other day. So far so good.

Staying committed, water intake, exercising. Basically, everything I need to do to lose weight. I have a plan and it's proven to work. I just need to commit to it for the long term.
