Non-scale victory of the week!
I am meeting my water intake goal daily. I am going to try to do a mild workout this evening. I am 35 hours into my 96 hour fast. I wanted to start off with a good fast so that I could get the benefits of ketosis and autophagy. Then I will move on to eating every other day. So far so good.
