Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisted my absolutely favorite donuts several times this week when they were in front of me.

Always the exercise....I am great at food control when I want to be, but pushing myself to be more active is not easy.

I'm an emotional eater, so the fact that I've done so well with food and drink choices this week is a great thing!

Definitely exercise, didn't do as much as I would have liked.
