What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Maybe the scale isn’t moving as quickly as I’d like, but I’ve stayed 100% on plan. Not much more I can do, my body has never liked letting go.

My scale may not have moved from last week, but my clothes are fitting better and my mom commented that I look like I’m losing weight again. It’s not unusual for my body to do that. The weight will drop, so I’m not concerned.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
While I didn’t go really off at any point, there were a couple days I could have laid off the carbs a bit more.
