Didn't eat any pizza, again. Yay. Man, my family sure loves pizza.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have to reject everyone's "nice gestures" offering to buy or share unhealthy food. When you ask for a salad instead they generally get a bit annoyed.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Every one is eating pizza and unhealthy but delicious food around me, so I want to be able to not succumb to temptations, haha. I've been buying everything for myself only, cooking only for me as well. Rejecting people offering you food is hard, especially since they use food as a gesture to show love. It's a dangerous but extremely common practice. We should be able to express affection to others with something different than food.
