I lost about 50 pounds between 1/1/2016 and 8/1/2016 and then kept it off pretty well till 4/2017. When my sister had a brain tumor removed and then passed away, my life and diet got crazy. I gained back about 25 pounds and need to feel good again.

I'm going to the fitness center regularly.

I'm snacking too late at night. Also need to be better about portion control.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Ate at a Mexican restaurant and had NO chips and salsa. Ate a healthy salad.

Taken a walk during lunch on a warm day. Also, limit my snacks.
