Didn’t take snacks offered to me at work. Checked carbs on the back of foods before buying them at the store.

I cook for my cousin every Wednesday, and this week I made us massive salads instead of a carb-filled dish and we didn’t have dessert!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I only exercised once because I stayed late at work every day. I didn’t make the best eating choices or get a lot of sleep.
