Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The insanity. I start off great. I lose weight and put it all back, only nothing I ate was worth it and then I beat myself up over and over again!

I plan to workout at least 3x a week. I used to workout everyday and felt much better. I will be eating low low carbs, no sugars!
