Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, and at least 64 ounces of water a day, 5 days this week.

It seems like since we were young it's been ingrained into us that food is a reward. "If you eat your vegetables you can have dessert." "If we fill the jar full of marbles we get a pizza party." "If you sit quietly you'll get a lollipop." I have totally used treat bribery tactics with my kids. I want to encourage you to try to think of things that you can reward yourself for a job well done, other than treats.
Like:
Give yourself permission to take a nap
Treat yourself to a massage
Get fitted for workout shoes at a running store
Plan a weekend getaway with your significant other.....
What have you done to treat yourself for accomplishing your health and fitness goals?

Monday-Friday: Get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise each day. Walking, jogging, swimming, elliptical, sports, weight lifting whatever you want........Your choice. You can break it up into segments if you need to. :)
