Non-scale victory of the week!

Im just at peace is the best way to describe it. I don?t really crave stuff to a point where i feel like crying (sugar withdrawal ). I enjoy what ever i want 1 time a week, and that's if I feel like it. I prefer to save my cheats for a special occasion like the movies or dinner.... ?? And how bad is a small popcorn and some delicious roast potatoes really?! But i try stay as far away from added sugar as i can. I eat my 25g of carbs a day and always finish the day with my favourite, a hand full of cherry tomatoes.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing...maybe not play so much PS4.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I stayed on my diet didn't cheat, i also drink lots of water every day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise more. I didn't go to gym this week...at all! I didn't take a nice long walk through...I was retaining so much water that i just wasn't losing any Weight. I was however losing cm but the scale wasn't moving. I've been feeling super tired and stressed out lately so im guessing that's whats stalling my weight loss.
