Not many victories this week—getting started again after some setbacks and weight gain.

Fewer sweets! Yikes—I have put on so much weight while being sick and over the holidays.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Made some pretty good chia pudding last night--I'm hoping that along with berries, it will be enough to get me off the sugar! I also had a good long lunchtime walk today with Val (who is doing this challenge too!). Good way to start the week!
