Making an effort. Losing weight seems so futile but finding the mental fortitude to try again, accept the missteps and move on was a big step in the right direction

snacking was a little out of hand. but I did limit myself to one soda a day and didnt even finish those

Emotional eating is always going to be the problem. Also, not getting a second helping when I know I dont need it.

dont realy feel like I had an NSV. I've been drifting the last couple weeks.

Everything. I wasnt watching what I ate and didnt do purposeful exercise at all; it was all farm work.

not grazing all day at the office pot luck; keeping myself to just one small plate at lunch time

Better accountability. In the past I've allowed myself to splurge when eating out so long as I remained strict at home - kind of a "cheat meal" scenario. But in the past couple weeks we've been eating out more and Ive realized that I need to adjust for that and maintain my discipline even in situations I'd previously not.
