Non-scale victory of the week!

Started a temporary (or not?) vegetarian diet, and met my aw goals all week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I slid off the proverbial wagon the last few weeks, and it shows on the scale. I haven’t really gained (thankfully) but I certainly didn’t lose. I had a bit of a break, some of which I really needed, but now it’s time to buckled down and stay the course. I don’t want to let my success so far get in the way of my end goals.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Got back to running, even for only short times. Looking for a second head treadmill to keep it up despite the insane heat.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I missed one of my AW goals by 3 calories (activity ring) and ruined a perfect month. Super bummed, and will not let myself put off burning those final couple calories so late in the day.
