Started a temporary (or not?) vegetarian diet, and met my aw goals all week.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I slid off the proverbial wagon the last few weeks, and it shows on the scale. I haven’t really gained (thankfully) but I certainly didn’t lose. I had a bit of a break, some of which I really needed, but now it’s time to buckled down and stay the course. I don’t want to let my success so far get in the way of my end goals.
