Non-scale victory of the week!
Managed to stop drinking everyday and reduced my eating. Not so much new excersize due to traveling but eating has gotten under control.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have contained a couple of times I went off and ate more than I had planned. I also should have done way more excersize. I need to plan that more. Now I’m at a hotel for 10 days and it does not have a gym which I could have looked into before.
