Sticking to a healthy eating plan because sweets are so good! Also keeping up with a diligent weekly exercise routine and drinking enough water.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals for this first week of my first diet bet are to work on intergating more clean foods for meaks and snacks into my diet, drink more water because I am terrible at it, walk my dog most days and work in exercise even if it is just half an hour and crunches.
