What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Sticking to the possibility I had a chance of winning instead of self-sabotage?I’m not sure I can call it that completely though. I ran into a situation where I had planned on eating a pre determined healthy meal instead of pizza and ice cream at a party but I ran out of time to eat before. I honestly couldn’t have gone all day without eating so eating the unhealthy food made sense. But I was slightly below goal with a minuscule margin of error. The next day I had water weight gain and that’s where I decided to eat badly again because partaking in food that was a treat was fun and it’s been months. It was hard to get back on track after day off my dietary goals.
