- I am trying to get better about my fasting hours. When I lost weight initially, I began eating around 9am, and stopped around 7pm. For the last couple of years though, I started breaking my fast around 11:30 or 1pm which leaves me hungrier at night. It’s definitely been more difficult controlling my over eating tendencies and snacking.
A friend suggested that I go back to my 3 small meals, and 2 snacks way of eating— between 9am and 7pm to see if that helps my body release some of its hyper-stressed state.
I’ll keep you posted on how it goes.
I’m off to a poor start so far. I didn’t break my fast until after noon today. 😅 But at least it was with nutrient dense foods!
