What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I can’t believe I did it. I had company last week and went out to eat a couple times and was not careful. But I made up for it and made my goal.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Did a ton of painting in my house. No real diet victories.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well, I was in between diet bets and I sort of went off on a bender. Gained about 3 pounds but hopefully mostly water weight because I feel a little swollen. Back to being a good healthy eater today. We shall see.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Aside from the creamer in my coffee in the morning,I’m not eating until 1 PM and I’m stopping eating at 7:30 PM. I’m also doing other activities in The evening besides just sitting down and watching TV all night which is what I was generally doing from 7 PM until 11 PM. I’m still watching TV in the evenings but I’m not sitting in front of it like a zombie. I am up and moving around and doing constructive things in my house like cleaning out a closet or rearranging my bookshelves. I’ll sit down about 9 o’clock but then I’m also trying to be in bed by 10:30.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have a home office job and I feel like I need to take more breaks from sitting in from my computer during the day.

My husband had leftover pizza and brownies but left on a business trip. I hate throwing away food but didn't want temptation so I packed it up and put it in The freezer for when he returned.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I cut back on my diet soda to just a couple a week. I also increased my water intake to about 40 ounces but I'm trying to get up to 60 ounces a day

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have moved my body more. But for the next few days I am heavy into painting and updating rims. Lots of stairs and squats involved! The stairs are actually a step ladder.

For the upcoming week I am going to try to increase my vegetable and fat intake and lighten up on the protein
