Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a fantastic dinner with friends which was all keto; I made keto enchiladas and rhubarb crumble and they loved it. I also wore my hotpants again although they actually are still too tight to be comfortable, so that'll be the next step!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have gone a little over my carb tolerance in the weekend, hence a small gain today. I dont really mind because it was delicious to have a low carb pizza, and it will help me stay strong the next week. Will lower carbs to

My most important challenge for this week is to remain productive despite the current heatwave, so my focus will be there.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking to it after the initial weight loss, so beyond a month or so. I mostly struggle with emotional binge eating. I'm hoping that DietBet will be the external motivator I need to stick to my plan to beat binge eating!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I plan to stick to my diet when eating with friends (twice this week, but I'm cooking so that'll be keto). As to exercise goals, I plan to swim at least 60 laps once (1.5km) and to run at least 15 minutes once in the gym. I also want to try cycling to the pool and see how I go cycling back (I fear being too tired afterwards to get home, lol).
