I stepped on the scale .2 ounces lighter than my last weigh in after eating ALL day so I'd say that's a win!! My size 18's are fitting well & a few 16's as well!! Super happy with my progress.

I felt lazy yesterday but pushed past that & walked almost 1.5 miles.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Getting out of the house is always a struggle with a toddler. Making it fun for her is the most crucial part to being successful!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I am keto. 43 lbs down so far. I plan on eliminating peanut butter or at least not slowing down as much as possible. I need to get my water intake up. I would love to get at least 6 hrs of sleep each night & I want to get out of the house even for 30 minutes a day. If I can get out for longer thats even better ??
