Most hotels have a workout room with a scale in it also. That’s what my hubby and I did in Hawaii last month.

Thanks for answering, Shannon.
My eating has been under control for over a year.
And once in a while, I have a month or so of regular exercise, but then it stops.
"You have to find your WHY for doing it (in order for it to actually get done!)" is an AWESOME quote.
I think I will make it BIG and print it out to read.
Also, I will have to give it some thought...what IS that WHY for me?

    We all have the same 24 hours in a day. But the difference is our priorities! If you want to make time for it, you will. Don't lie to yourself. Lots of us waste time watching TV or playing on our phones... you have the time - use it wisely!

    Challenge: view your phone usage (I use an app called AppDetox) and see exactly how much time you are wasting every day/week/month.... And take steps to use your time differently.

Interesting! I drink TONS of water too! And I think I need more magnesium based on someone's comments about cramping while I was swimming.... how do you get so much magnesium? Supplements?

@Megan C. Nope! I have very little issue getting my magnesium naturally through the foods I eat (dark, leafy greens, seafood, nuts/seeds). Make sure to keep all three in check because cramping can be any of the three being out of whack. :)
