I ate really well. since I can’t workout like I want with my back discomfort, I’m being extra mindful of my eating habits & managing my stress levels.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Body weight exercises, like planks, squats or even just more walking. I’ve been pooped, so also listening to my body and allowing myself the rest I need while healing.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My eating and snacking has been much healthier all-around. Less gluten, rarely any dairy & I feel like my inflammation is going down. I drank on Friday 2 margaritas and 1 Wild Basin, but 3 drinks all weekend is way less than before. I don’t need it, so why do something that makes me feel terrible?
