I ate pretty good except for when I went out for my cousin's bday. Only had a half glass of draft all night and I gained 5lbs. How discouraging. I am doing P90X3 classic so I'm hoping it's muscle but I'm full on carb cycling this week. 7G,7R,1Y,1B,1O,3tsp
