Still wearing shorts I haven't been able to wear in years.

Water wait gain is frustrating. It's the only thing I can think of that would account for a 4 pounds gain in three days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had back to back activities. A friends birthday, followed by mother's day in one weekend, then a ladies retreat this past weekend. Two memorial day barbq's this weekend followed by vacation this is not a good time.
