Non-scale victory of the week!

Been walking 5 nights a week and averaging 4.5-5.5 miles each time

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Currently on steroid medications for my Ulcerative colitis: which has caused me to gain about 10-14 lbs over the last few weeks. I only have to take these meds for 1 more week, then I will be able to resume my normal healthy Keto diet and lose the water retention caused by the steroids. I'm really looking forward to getting back on track and meeting my overall weight loss goal in the next 6-10 weeks.

Wore a few articles of smaller clothing this week that I had not worn in years...and received serveral compliments. Passed my state CNA exams!

Exercise, meal prep and sleep. Practicing, studying & stressing for my CNA exams put a kink in my regular routines.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Managed to get in longer walks every night this week & up to almost 3 miles. Also helped my oldest son & his family move: 10 hours of physical activity in the Texas heat caused me to lose 1.9lbs in 1 day ??

Definitely drink more water
