Oof... Just barely, and only after two hard workout weeks.

And weirdest thing. I looked at past weigh in photos, and I don't think I look any different, except my feet look thinner. I didn't even know that was a thing.

  • Bamn!! Round 5 in the bank! Made it by about 1 kg. Only a month to go before we're all done 😊
    Going to see how jacked I can get this month seeing as the last 5 have all been dieting. Intermittent fasting and maybe an hour of swimming a week has cut through the weight.
    Will start running again & working out, but watch the weight, as I don't want it to creep up from muscle gains.

I’m in the same boat! Got cleared for PT which starts tomorrow. It’ll be interesting to see what working out, strength and flexibility will do to my weight. Let’s compare results in a month!

  • After doing intermittent fasting for the past 4 months, I've just discovered Bulletproof coffee. Literally blowing my doors off! I am VERY awake!

    Do you make your bed each day?

    Just know there is zero judgement here or thoughts that those who make their bed are better than those who don't - I'm in the messy bed category myself...

    However, the idea behind the making your bed theory is interesting. The benefits are claimed to be starting your day off on the right foot and with a feeling of accomplishment, sense of calm, better sleep, enhanced organization, improved focus, better productivity, relaxation, stress reduction, and it trains your brain to get the day going. Wow!

    What do you think???

    Here is a challenge - for some of you at least - try to start your day off on the right foot by making your bed each day.

    ⭐ If you already make your bed, maybe you can tell us below an idea for another habit to start the day with a sense of accomplishment!

See, I would love to make our bed, but like most husbands, I don't, for a very good reason!
I live in the hope that maybe an hour or two after getting out of bed, there is a chance (however small), that may be, I might just get to throw my wife back on the bed and mess it up.
I WANT to make the bed, but you have to understand...there's that chance...... :P

  • Had a 3 day/2 night hike planned for today. Arrived at the Trail head to find it closed for maintenance. Bugger. Went to the back up route, so only 16kms, but figured 2 days/1 night. Started the hike, ended up knocking out the entire trip this afternoon. Got home and weighed myself, 100.8, another 2 kgs lighter! Though I think I just ate that for dinner 👍😜
