No victories, except that I *only* gained 2 pounds; I thought it would be 10, the way things were going... :/

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Resist temptation. Not slide the Slippery Slope when I did indulge. Exercise at least once.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Got way overconfident in my progress, loosened up my food choices, plateaued, and LEARNED I CAN'T do many complex carbs and lose weight...so I'm re-dedicated to my veggies!! :)

Not strayed from my food goals while away from home for 5 days. Also, kept my food log going, which is a tremendous help.
