it was very hard on my friends house to the way I was used to so I gained a pound, but still made my goal. we walked a lot so that worked.

I am so happy that I lost all the pounds which I have gained with my period right to the point . And I hope I can keep up on this month. I feel great! I am just a little sad I couldn't weigh in last month I was just too busy.
